Factory manufactured, 12' x 22' modular building is loaded by crane for truck transport to the site and lifted onto a poured foundation. It features welded steel frame members, HVAC, carpet, custom retail fixtures, glass/glazing, EPDM roof, all electrical, data and telecommunications wiring and ACM or Parex exterior finishes.
