Prefabricated cell phone store is a 12x22 factory built modular building that is moved to the site and lifted onto a poured foundation. It features welded steel frame members, HVAC, carpet, custom retail fixtures, glass/glazing, EPDM roof, all electrical, data and telecommunications wiring and ACM or Parex exterior finishes.
