Winterset, IA (May 2001) - Merchandising Frontiers, Inc of Winterset, Iowa supplies retail kiosks for Wilsons Leather at airport locations throughout the world. The kiosks perform as smaller versions of the in-line Wilsons Leather stores.
MFI starts with conceptual renderings and completes all the detailed fabrication drawings that are required for submittal for the airport building permits and approvals. MFI provides all design details, project management, fabrication and installation. Kiosk projects have been completed in Charlotte, Toronto, Dallas, London Heathrow, Chicago O’Hare (four locations), and Chicago Midway. A Newark airport kiosk project is currently in production.
The walk-in kiosks feature Vision Guard̉ security doors, fire treated maple cabinetry, custom signage, lighting, custom merchandise display fixtures, and telephone, electrical, fire alarm, sprinkler system and HVAC connections.
